Meadow Overlook Bundle
This bundle is a perfect blend of indoor and outdoor spaces. Included in this rental option:Â
Pricing ranges from $500 – $2,850, depending on day and time, plus $500 damage deposit and 6% sales tax.Â
Gheens
Barn
Size: 30′ x 50′
Capacity with tables: 75 Guests
Capacity with cathedral seating: 120 Guests
The Barn originally served two purposes: the upper level was used for hay storage and the lower level had stalls for livestock. The barn was strategically built into the hillside so that both levels could be accessed from the ground level. ​The barn can be used for a ceremony, reception dinner, or part of cocktail hour. It is heated and air-conditioned.
Peyton Samuel Head
Trust Pavilion
Size: 20′ x 50′
Capacity with tables: 50 Guests
 This pavilion is combined with the Gheens Barn and the Stone Terrace for fantastic indoor/outdoor access for your private event. It houses restrooms and an overlook event deck with patio furniture; it is most often used for cocktail hour. The patio furniture can be rearranged to accommodate your needs.Â

Terrace
Size: 50′ x 50′
Capacity with tables: 50 Guests
The Stone Terrace is located just below the Peyton Samuel Head Trust Pavilion. With its festoon market lights and beautiful views of our pollinator meadow and overlook garden, it may be used for cocktails or dancing the night away.
Tables and chairs included.
Individual Venue Options:
Castle & Castle Lawn
Seating for 30-40, depending on configuration of chairs and tables.
Pricing ranges from $300-$800, depending on day and time, plus $500 damage deposit and 6% sales tax.
The Castle is unavailable for 2024 rentals during Castle Gardens construction.
Walled Garden
Seating for 30-40, depending on configuration of chairs and tables.
Pricing ranges from $300-$800, depending on day and time, plus $500 damage deposit and 6% sales tax.
The Walled Garden is unavailable to rent for 2024 during Castle Gardens construction.
Mary F. Rounsavall Pavilion
Seating for up to 300, depending on configuration of chairs and tables, and other layout items.
Pricing ranges from $1,000-$5,900, depending on day and time, plus additional damage deposit and 6% sales tax.
Exclusive Rental Fees & Notes
- Private event rentals are available at Yew Dell, during our rental season, May-October.
- 2024 Exclusive Rental of Grounds $8,300Â plus 6% sales tax
- Damage Deposit: $1,000
- Events with more than 350 Guests: Additional Fees Apply
- Time of rental is 4 pm – 12 am
The damage deposit is refundable in part or in full after the event if no damage occurs during the event. Repair costs for any damage will be deducted from the damage deposit at Yew Dell’s discretion.
