Children's Tours
School groups, youth clubs, Boy and Girl Scouts, and other organizations can experience the wonders of nature in our outdoor spaces!
Take a self-guided walk through our gardens, or reserve a Yew Dell Backpack to enhance your experience.
Children's Tour Fees:
$5 per child for a self-guided visit
$10 per child to reserve a Yew Dell Backpack, which includes an activity lanyard, sketchbook, journal, color pencils, and magnifying glass to use during your visit. Backpack topics are Pollinators and Arboretum.
Booking Requirements:
- When groups meet our one-adult-per-five-youth ratio, these adults are admitted free of charge. For groups who cannot meet this one-adult-per-five-youth ratio, and groups with additional adults, the General Admission rate is $12 per adult. Bus driver is admitted free of charge if everyone arrives together.
- We request that Youth Group visits are booked a minimum of two weeks in advance, and we schedule groups based on availability.
