Discover the stories behind Yew Dell’s remarkable trees on a guided walk through the Arboretum. Led by Education Coordinator Emma, this tour highlights a curated selection of specimens—many planted by Theodore Klein—while exploring topics such as tree names, pollinators and the unique characteristics of each species.

What to Expect

The walk covers just over a quarter mile and is designed to last about an hour. The route begins on a paved path before transitioning to a mowed grass trail, where uneven ground and tree roots are common. Whenever possible, the tour will follow shaded areas to provide comfort along the way. Benches are placed throughout the Arboretum, offering opportunities to pause and rest during the experience.
