Interested in diving deeper into Yew Dell’s history, gardens and architecture?
Tours typically last about an hour and follow paved, ADA-compliant paths. Use the form below to schedule a guided group tour with one of our knowledgeable guides.
Lunch Options for Your Group
Make your visit even more enjoyable with lunch at Martha Lee’s Café, open Tuesday – Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Sunday from Noon to 3 p.m. Pre-ordering and table reservations are available for groups — just let us know when you book your tour!
Picnicking at Yew Dell
Picnic tables are also available in two scenic locations on a first-come, first-served basis.

Group Tour Fees:
Up to 15 guests $125 | 16-30 guests $225 | 31-60 guests $400

Booking Requirements:
- Advance Notice: Group tours must be requested at least four weeks in advance and are scheduled based on availability.
- Tour Season: Tours are typically offered from April through October.
- Payment: Full payment is required to reserve your tour date and time. To receive the group rate, payment must be made in one transaction (check or credit card).
- Large Groups: If your group includes more than 60 people, please call our Administrative Office at 502-241-4788 x1007 to make special arrangements.
- Accessibility and Planning Help: Need assistance or have accessibility questions? Use the form below to contact us. Please allow at least three business days for a response.
- Weather & Refund Policy: Tour fees are non-refundable, but in case of inclement weather, we’re happy to reschedule based on availability.
