Frequently Asked Questions
Will food be available?
We’ll have special food and bar menus available for purchase from Martha Lee’s Café.
How accessible is the event?
Our main parking lot is now paved, and this should make for an easier entry for anyone with a stroller, walker, or wheelchair. Guests can also be dropped off at the circle by the Visitor Center to shorten the walk. The core of our Gardens, and the Yuletide light displays, are on a smooth blacktop path. The restrooms are ADA compliant.
Do I have to arrive right at the beginning of my time slot?
Each ticket has a posted two-hour window for your visit. If you arrive late, your ticket still ends at the posted time.
How does weather affect the event?
Yuletide at Yew Dell is a rain-or-shine event.
What is the refund or reschedule policy?
Make sure that you are selecting the correct date and time before you complete your purchase. Ticket sales are final; tickets are not refundable or exchangeable once purchased.
Can I bring my pet?
We love animals, but for the safety and comfort of all our guests, Yuletide is not a pet-friendly event. Only service animals, as defined by the ADA, are permitted to accompany visitors. Please remember that pets may not be left unattended in vehicles in Yew Dell’s parking lot at any time. While you’re here, we also ask that you treat all wildlife and our resident garden cat with kindness and respect.
